Customers are invited to select the menu of their choice and all dishes will be served. Selected dishes may be changed or additional dishes ordered. Thai Fragrant Rice will be served with the main course according to Thai tradition.

Appetiser
Gung Sarong
King prawns wrapped in crispy pancakes and served with a sweet chilli sauce.
Tord Mun
Delicious medallions of salmon cooked with fine greeen beans with a hint of curry. Served with a cucumber and ground peanut dip.
Soup
Dom Yam Gung
A piquant clear soup with king prawns, lemon grass and coriander. 
Main Course
Pla Too Farang Manow
A delicious dish of steamed Cardigan Bay mackerel with fresh lime, garlic and chillies. 

Gang Kooer Gung
Thai style creamy curry with prawns, pineapple and coconut milk.
Or
Gang Maker
A spicy green aubergine curry. (H)

Pat Pak Namman Hoi
A selection of greeen vegetables in oyster sauce.

Starters
Kanom Bang Na Hed
Seasoned chopped mushrooms on toast, deep fried and served with a cucumber and onion relish. 
Salika Lin Tong
Medallions of baby corn, green beans and Thai herbs. Served with a sweet plum sauce. 
Soup
Dom Yam Hed
Piquant clear mushroom soup with lemon grass and coriander. (H) 
Main Course
Tua Nok Pat Dow Hoo
Beansprouts and crispy bean curd stir fried in garlic and soy sauce.
Gang Makua
Spicy aubergine curry. (H)
Or
Gang Kio Warn Dow Hoo
Spicy green curry with bean curd. (H)
Pat Boon Fai Dang
Morning glory and young kale flash fried with a hint of chilli. 
Sweet
To be selected from the Dessert Menu.
