Menus

Thai Food the Thai Way

A well balanced meal = a meat dish + a fish dish + vegetables + a curry
This combination provides a harmonious balance of tastes and textures

The heart of the meal = rice

Eating the Thai way = Sharing all the dishes
This ensures that you experience all the taste sensations

Eating Thai Style = Using a spoon and fork
This way you get the unique combination of flavours in every mouthful

Jai yen yen = Take your Thai time
Thai food is rarely served piping hot and should be eaten at leisure as a shared experience

Taste the Difference

In order to provide the ultimate culinary experience for our customers, our chefs only use selected ingredients such as Welsh beef and lamb, wild boar and pork from the Marches. All our fresh herbs, spices and many of the vegetables we use are flown in fresh from Bangkok every week. We also import our own Thai Fragrant rice which is valued for its special aroma and texture.

We do not use monosodium glutamate as a flavour enhancer or any meat tenderising agents.

For your guidance, the following codes are used throughout the menu
(V) Vegetarian or available as a vegetarian dish (without meat or fish)
(H) A hot spicy dish which may contain chillis
(N) Contains nuts or nut oil

Please note

There is a minimum charge of £17.50 per person during evening opening
A 10% service charge is added for parties of 8 or more.
