These menus have been designed to give you the balance of flavours and textures which are essential to eating Thai. All the dishes are served for sharing. The main course dishes are accompanied by Thai Fragrant rice.

Grilled chicken, crispy pancakes with vermicelli and pork filling, stuffed chicken
wings, deep fried shrimps on toast.
Tender beef in a coconut and peanut sauce
Fillet of trout in a spicy sauce.
Marinated chicken pieces with crispy water chestnuts and cashew nuts
Red roast duck curry
Fresh green vegetables in oyster sauce

MENU 2: £37.50 (per person)
Spicy clear soup with prawns, lemon grass and chillis - clears your head!
Platter of mixed seafood- Grilled ‘Emperor’ prawns, fish medallions, prawns in
crispy wraps, tender squid and crab claws, all with their own sauces.
Welsh lamb in a southern Thai curry with potatoes and peanuts
Crispy fried duck served with tamarind sauce
King prawns pan fried with red peppers.
Topside of Welsh beef with Thai mushrooms and leeks-where East meets West
Fresh green vegetables in oyster sauce.
Thai House home made ice cream with fresh fruit and banana fritters

Rich red duck curry with cherry tomatoes and grapes. Served with, fragrant Thai rice and crispy tempura vegetables.
Mild yellow curry with turkey breast and potatoes. Served with fragrant Thai rice and stir fried vegetables.
Prawns with red peppers and chillies in oyster sauce. (H) Served with fragrant Thai rice and stir fried vegetables.
Chicken breast pieces with Thai basil and chillis. Served with yellow rice and stir fried vegetables.
Southern Thai dish of spicy beef with ground peanuts and coconut. (H) (N) . Served with fragrant Thai rice and crispy tempura vegetables.
