All our fresh herbs, spices and many of the vegetables we use are flown in fresh from Bangkok every week. We also import our own Thai Fragrant rice which is valued for its special aroma and texture.
We do not use monosodium glutamate as a flavour enhancer or any meat tenderising agents.
